What is Poker Director Management?
A live tournament clock, registration, seating, payouts, and results, synced in real time.
Poker Director Management runs a live poker tournament end to end: a server-authoritative clock, named registration with automatic seating, chip-count tracking, payouts and prize-pool math, staff/dealer coordination, and a public results board — all synced in real time across the Floor Admin's device, the venue TV, the Director's dashboard, and every dealer's paired phone.
It's built for organized, recurring tournaments — leagues, weekly club/bar events, and card rooms running multiple simultaneous tables — not a casual one-off home-game timer.
Two roles
Everything in the app is one of two roles. The Director sets a tournament up (details, blind structure, staff, equipment, venues, payout structure) and gets a live read-only dashboard once it's running. The Floor Admin runs the room in real time: the clock, registration, seating, eliminations, and dealer coordination. See Concepts → Tournaments & the Live Clock and Reference → Roles & Permissions for the full split.
Regular vs. Multi-day
A Regular tournament is a standard single-day event: one field, one clock, plays down to a winner. A Multi-day tournament is one or more Flights (parallel starting fields, each with its own venue/table setup) whose survivors combine into Day 2, Day 3, and so on, until the field reaches the Final Table. See Concepts → Multi-day Tournaments.
