Add dealers to the Staff roster (Director), then assign them to this tournament. On the Floor Overview page, each dealer shows on-duty or off-duty with a one-tap toggle — an off-duty dealer is skipped by random assignment.

"Randomly Assign Dealers" (next to Randomize Seating) pairs every unassigned on-duty dealer to a dealer-less open table, one each — it never touches a dealer who's already assigned somewhere. You'll see a summary: how many were assigned, how many tables still need one, how many dealers are still available.

A dealer's own phone pairs to the tournament (Floor/Director generates a QR from "Pair a Dealer Call Device") — from there they can discreetly Call Floor, report a bust-out, or propose a chip count for a player at their own table, no login required.
