A blind structure is an ordered list of levels, each with a small blind, big blind, ante, and duration — or marked as a break (no blinds, just a timer). Antes are collected one of two ways, chosen once for the whole tournament: every player posts their own each hand (Player Ante), or the big-blind seat covers it for the whole table (BB Ante).
