The Floor page's clock is server-authoritative — Start/Pause/Reset there is what everyone else (the venue Clock display, Director's read-only view, every dealer's paired phone) actually sees, live.

Blind levels come from the tournament's own copy of its structure (picked from a saved template, or edited directly at creation) — editing a template afterward never changes a tournament that already copied it.

For a Multi-day tournament, the Flights stage has its own starting stack/blind structure, editable from Director → Flights setup as long as nobody has registered into a flight yet; once a player's registered, that shared structure locks (label/schedule on an individual flight can still be corrected right up until it's ended).
