The clock is owned by the server, not any one screen — Start/Pause/Reset from the Floor page is what the venue TV (Clock display), the Director's dashboard, and every paired dealer phone all see, live, at the same time. There's exactly one live-update event in this app (a full state broadcast) — no per-action event types to get out of sync with each other.

Blind levels come from the tournament's own copy of a structure — picked from a saved template, or edited directly — so editing a template later never retroactively changes a tournament that already copied it.
